allows unlimited access via a low cost 0845 number. We have even made
it simple to connect by having NO signup procedure - use any username
and password you want!
All you need to do is to edit your current dial-up settings
and use the following telephone number 0845 604 4026 (please note
that this is not available outside the UK).

OR Setup a new dial-up connection using the following
instructions:-
Windows 95/98/ME
1. Click on 'My Computer' and select 'Dial-up Networking'
2. Click 'Make New Connection'
3. Type 'any name you want' and click 'Next'
4. Enter 0845 604 4026 in the telephone number field and click 'Next'
5. You are now ready to dial.
Windows XP
1. On your Desktop right click 'My Network Places' and select 'Properties'
2. Click 'Create a New Connection' and click 'Next'
3. From the four options select 'Connect to the Internet' and click
'Next'
4. In the next box select 'Set up my connection manually' and click
'Next'
5. From the three options select 'Connect using a dial-up modem' and
click 'Next'
6. Enter the ISP name 'enter what you want’
and click 'Next'
7. Enter the phone number 0845 604 4026 and click 'Next'
8. Enter your username as 'HE' and your password as 'HE' and tick
all three boxes, click 'Next'.
9. You are now ready to dialup and Connect.
The dial up connection will not work if you withhold
your number. If your phone settings are set to automatically withhold
the number then please prefix the dial up number with 1470, e.g. 1470
0845 604 4026.
Question. Error 691 seems to be
occurring a lot - any ideas?
Error 691 is described as follows: "The computer you're dialing
in to cannot establish a Dial-Up Networking connection. Check your
password, and then try again."This is a standard error, it could
be your phone line, if you try again this usually works

what should I do?
Any username and password will work because it doesn't check anything.

It's a standard dial up connection. It'll be similar to the 98/XP
